Insurance

We accept a variety of private insurances as well as Medicare B. Refer to your provider network to determine if we accept your insurance.

Many clients choose not to involve an insurance provider in their treatment for the following reasons:

Paying privately eliminates a diagnosis attached to your health record. All information about you, including very personal information, cannot be obtained by your insurance company and your care is not dictated by insurance, but by the plan we develop together to meet your goals.

RATES

Initial session (45 min) $175
Individual session (45 min) $150
Letters of recommendation and completion of forms: $100/hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Court fee $1500 per appearance

*A minimum of one week's notice is required for the completion of all paperwork. Urgent requests will be billed at $200/hour

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
