I am a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner offering a unique approach to trauma resolution modifying the trauma-related stress response through somatic experiences rather than cognitive or emotional experiences. My approach is interactive and practical, and we will work together to build on your strengths and achieve personal growth. Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)
As a licensed clinical social worker and trained somatic experiencing practitioner, I specialize in helping older adults transition into the later years of life with satisfaction and hope. I am a member of both the National Association of Social and the Academy of Certified Workers, and I licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. With a focus on emotional and spiritual health, I work with clients to increase their awareness and improve their overall well-being.

Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
As a licensed specialist clinical social worker, I have extensive experience in medical social work and working with people facing life-changing illnesses. I also worked with hospice clients and their families, as well as with those facing anxiety and depression. My approach is solution-focused and collaborative, with the goal of helping clients and families find resolutions.
